Facial Rejuvenation with Our Medical Aesthetician

Facial rejuvenation services at our San Antonio, Texas practice are performed by Deborah Adamczyk, a certified medical aesthetician and skin care specialist. Deborah relocated to San Antonio from Wisconsin 10 years ago, and has been assisting Dr. Pilcher since 1996. She has trained in both the United States and Europe and is knowledgeable in the Obagi® System and the latest and most effective facial rejuvenation techniques. Deborah is exceptionally skilled at providing a relaxing, pampering experience for her clients while she helps them turn back the hands of time.

Office Manager

Our office manager, Brenda, helps ensure that each patient at Accent Plastic Surgery, P.A. has the best surgical experience. A native of Durham, North Carolina, Brenda acquired her Associate’s Degree in Practical Nursing at Durham Technical Institute. Her primary interest in surgery, Brenda completed a training program offered by Duke University Medical Center as a surgical technologist, beginning a now 26 year career of surgical experience.

After arriving in Houston, Texas in 1987, Brenda managed the Sterile Processing for The Center for Health Excellence. Her time in Houston also allowed her to acquire training from M.D. Anderson for instructing women with breast self-examination. Brenda has attended many continuing education seminars and acquired training in various aspects of the plastic surgery field, including laser treatments, medical skincare, and the latest surgical techniques. Brenda relocated to San Antonio in 1992 and has been assisting Dr. Pilcher in her practice since 2000.

All consultations and examinations are performed in a discrete manner in quiet, comfortable surroundings.
